Most of you are too young to remember the iconic poster of Farrah Fawcett that hung on in the room of all teenage boys back when we were (much) younger. Farrah Fawcett was in her prime back then.

For reasons unknown, Kelly Rippa recently decided to redo the same picture. I’m not sure why. That’s Kelly Rippa on the left and Farrah Fawcett on the right.

A lot of people are ripping Kelly Rippa (no pun intended) for this, saying that Kelly Rippa isn’t nearly as hot. First off, don’t kid yourself – you’d hit Kelly Rippa – and also I’m guessing Kelly Rippa is a bit older than Farrah Fawcett was when her poster photo was taken, which was at the prime of her life.

I’d hit it. Both of them.

“LOS ANGELES – Farrah Fawcett, the “Charlie’s Angels” star whose feathered blond hair and dazzling smile made her one of the biggest sex symbols of the 1970s, died Thursday after battling cancer. She was 62.

The pop icon, who in the 1980s set aside the fantasy girl image to tackle serious roles, died shortly before 9:30 a.m. in a Santa Monica hospital, spokesman Paul Bloch said.”

How very sad really. I had this poster on my wall when I was a young pup.

I hope she’s in a better place – with the angels.
