The Emmy’s were last Sunday, and every time we have one of these big award shows there is always one celebrity who stands out the most – and it’s usually the one you expect the least. This time around it was Blake Lively in he sexy red dress with cleavage that nearly went down to her navel. Her breasts stood out like, well, like breasts should stand out!

I wonder if Blake Lively is wearing anything under that dress…. She’s clearly not wearing a bra, so why bother with panties?
